Haut Hisse Return Policy
First of all, we pay particular attention to your satisfaction and the quality of the product you will receive.
Any complaints regarding incorrectly printed, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all requests must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Incorrectly printed, damaged or defective items are refundable or reshipable free of charge under proof of improper handling. As quality is always a step forward for Haut Hisse, cases of mishandling thanks to our new norms (since 2020) and standards are extremely rare.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Wrong address – If you enter an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. You will be responsible for the re-shipping cost once we confirm an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping for yourself.

We do not refund orders due to buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are normally not considered.
CUSTOM SHIRTS: Unfortunately, because these are custom designed and custom printed shirts, we are not able to accept exchanges or returns on these unless they are defective or there is a printing error on our end.
A new order, at your expense, will need to be placed for an updated size.
